This conduct is viewed as a breach of the Company’s policies on:
1. Cleaning and Sanitation / Equipment Cleaning Procedure – Failure to ensure thorough cleaning of the mixing tank, especially at high-risk areas such as the bottom valve.
2. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) / Quality Policy – Inadequate hygiene control led to foreign material contamination in finished products, compromising product quality and compliance.
