Hello! It’s been quite a while, but I’m raising this again regarding SN’s toilet cleanliness and overall experience, especially the GODDAMN persistent odour. The air blowers don’t seem to be working well, causing the smell to get TRAPPED in both toilets.

At first, I thought this wouldn’t affect staff performance, just toilet kan, but thinking about it again, it actually does. The rest, yes, we can cope with and overlook, but this is quite serious. At this point, silap-silap baru masuk toilet terus pengsan katak kat situ.

Second, the Coway dispenser has been out of order for ALMOST A WEEK NOW?? To the point that we’ve had to purchase cartons of bottled water for our daily use.
