The employee conducted an unauthorized sieving process during the investigation of a quality issue involving a bug found in the filling process on 22 December 2025, without obtaining prior approval from the relevant authority. This action constituted a process deviation from approved GMP procedures, potentially impacting product quality, compliance, and the integrity of the investigation.

This conduct is viewed as a breach of the Company’s policies on:

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) – Process Control Policy: Failure to adhere to approved manufacturing procedures by introducing an unapproved sieving process.

and is considered a matter of serious concern.

You are hereby required to provide a written explanation to justify why disciplinary action should not be taken against you for the above-mentioned misconduct. Your explanation must reach the HR Department by 3 working days which is
