The employee failed to perform the assigned cleaning duties according to the required standards and instructions at the Sky Nutraceuticals premises. Despite the clear scope of his responsibilities, the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned areas were found to be unsatisfactory.

This conduct is viewed as a breach of the Company’s policies on:

1. Non-compliance with Housekeeping / Cleaning SOP
Failure to perform assigned cleaning duties according to the required standards and instructions.

2. Breach of Employee Code of Conduct / Job Responsibility
Negligence in fulfilling assigned duties, resulting in unsatisfactory cleanliness and upkeep of designated areas.

and is considered a matter of serious concern.

You are hereby required to provide a written explanation to justify why disciplinary action should not be taken against you for the above-mentioned misconduct. Your explanation must reach the HR Department by 3 working days which is
