Material & Packaging Sourcing
- Source raw materials, product materials, and packaging materials from suppliers via online platforms and other sourcing channels
- Conduct price comparison, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis
- Identify alternative suppliers to support cost reduction and supply continuity
- Request quotations and product samples for evaluation

Supplier Communication & Coordination
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, mainly from China, in Mandarin
- Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status
- Resolve supply issues, delays, or quality concerns
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers

Procurement & Documentation
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) and maintain procurement records
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and QA teams on material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and packaging to support operations
- Maintain accurate sourcing and supplier documentation
