- Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing
- Scale-up lab formulas to production while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and production teams
- Maintain precise technical documentation and support patent filings
- Reformulate existing products for better performance, stability, cost, or clean beauty standards

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design for Multimedia Content:

- Design and create high-quality graphics for various multimedia content types such as digital media, social media, brand media, illustrations, animations, videos, etc.

- Conceptualize and produce visual elements tailored for digital platforms, print materials, social media channels, websites, and presentations.

2. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the branding, creative, and digital teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and conceptualize multimedia design solutions.

- Provide creative input and ideas to enhance project outcomes.

- Assist in the execution of multimedia design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

- Support cross-functional teams by delivering assets and materials as needed for various campaigns and initiatives.

Secondary Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining Visual Identity and Brand Consistency:

- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across different projects

to ensure brand consistency.

- Collaborate closely with branding and creative teams to understand project

requirements and objectives, integrating visual elements that align with the brand's identity.

Other Areas of Task:

1. Utilizing Industry-standard Tools:

- Utilize industry-standard software and tools proficiently to produce high-quality multimedia content.

2. Staying Updated with Design Trends:

- Stay informed about design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and cutting-edge deliverables.

3. Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams:

- Work with cross-functional teams, including branding, creative, digital, writers, content creators, and marketers, to brainstorm creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

4. Effective Storytelling through Visuals:

- Provide creative input and collaborate with writers, content creators, and marketers to ensure effective storytelling through visuals.

5. Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure deadlines are met while delivering exceptional design outputs.

Livestream Hosting

· Host daily/weekly livestream sessions to present CONCEVOIR products in an engaging and persuasive manner.

· Demonstrate product usage, highlight benefits, and promote ongoing campaigns and promotions.

Product Knowledge Mastery

· Understand detailed product specifications, ingredients, usage methods, and selling points.

· Communicate product information clearly and accurately to customers.

Customer Interaction & Service

· Respond to customer enquiries during LIVE sessions and provide professional, service-oriented engagement.

· Support customer follow-up messages and basic e-commerce customer care when needed.

Content Support

· Assist in preparing live scripts, show flows, and visual materials.

· Participate in content shoots for marketing purposes when required.

Operational Support

· Assist in setting up livestream equipment, product displays, and basic technical checks.

· Support e-commerce operations (e.g., SKU readiness, promo tagging, livestream scheduling).

Flexibility & Availability

· Work flexible hours, including evening or night sessions based on campaign needs.

We are looking for a Production Operator to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth machine operation, product quality, and workplace safety.

Location: Sky Resources (Bukit Tengah), Sky Printech (Bukit Tengah), Sky Nutraceutical (Bukit Minyak)
Normal Shift only: Monday to Friday 8.30AM - 6.15PM
