Details Description
- Conduct research and development of cosmetic and skincare OEM products (formulation, testing, stability, and safety).
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source, evaluate, and approve raw materials.
- Ensure all formulations meet regulatory standards and company quality requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, QC, marketing, and regulatory) to support new product launches.
- Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize formulations to improve product performance and cost efficiency.
- Communicate with China suppliers for raw materials sourcing, technical clarification, and product requirements
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualities:
